Nationwide Prescription Drug Take-Back Day/San Ramon Participation

Prescription drug abuse is an epidemic in this country. One way people are getting addicted to dangerous drugs is by raiding the medicine cabinets of their friends and family. On Saturday, April 30, DEA and its partners are operating collection sites in your community where Americans can turn in their unused, unneeded, and expired prescription medications – no questions asked.

This is a free, anonymous service that will help keep your home safe and could save lives. For more information and to find a collection site near you, visit www.dea.gov

The San Ramon Police Department is pleased to announce that we will be participating in this nationwide event. The drop off location will be the South Building of the San Ramon Regional Medical Center.
