Hi Julie - the Art Happens event is the 2nd Thursday of each month, which was last week - not the 15th -and the next is on April 12th - thanks!

The 14th is an Art Reception for The Art of the Maya and "Staying in Focus", some excellent artworks at the Bankhead Theater; maybe that's the mixup? All info is here on FB-http://www.facebook.com/events/365825616783850/

I'd like to change the language in the Art Happens event page so that it's not specific to the January event. I have submitted a media release to Kristofer for this one, but think maybe it's better to just do a more generic one that I can add comments to each month. I'll redo and send.

Barnes & Noble has now (Dec 2011) decided to NOT HOST that group.
I can't find where they have moved to....or what?
Can't find them online.
Can't find the movie critique--Bob Mirim??

The event details have changed however. The event is now being held @ The Livermore High Theater, and ticket prices have been reduced to $15 Student, $18 Senior & $20 General.
