San Ramon Business Takes Prep Work Out of Thanksgiving

For some, Thanksgiving day is spent preparing food in the kitchen. A local business is offering an alternative.

What if Thanksgiving dinner could be dropped off at your door?

If you live in the Tri-Valley, it can be. Without the tax of a delivery charge.

Absolute Celebrations Catering in San Ramon just rolled out their Thanksgiving menu, offering a full spread from appetizers to desserts, with turkey platters, green bean casseroles and cherry pecan muffins. The meals can be delivered Nov. 27 or 28 (Thanksgiving Day), up until 3 p.m.

The local business decided to try out a drop-off feature after repeated requests through the years.

"This year we decided to finally give into it," said founder Cleodia Francisco, who opened in San Ramon in 2011

The business is located in Bishop Ranch 3, and can be contacted through their website.

The 'Thanksgiving Drop-Off' menu can be found here.
