Sprouts & Shutters: New Restaurant Moving Into Old Marcello's Location

Ruggie Van Muijen, the owner of the Ruggie's Restaurant, said he plans to expand and open a new place in Danville. The restaurant is tentatively set to open this summer in the old Marcello's restaurant at 515 San Ramon Valley Blvd.

Rubs BBQ Bistro opened on Feb. 25 at 164 Market Place in San Ramon and will serve barbecue for lunch and dinner.

Sprouts & Shutters: Wine Bar Closes In Pleasanton

According to a note post on their website, the Grape Times Wine Bar & Bistro has shut down operations.

The Chinese restaurant on Main Street will be closing at the end of March after a rent dispute with the landlords.
