Dr.StrangeWatt, Neighbor

Dr. StrangeWatt (aka Daniel Dowling) is a long time San Ramon resident. He has a PhD is in Physics from University of Maryland. For the past 16 years he has held Technical, Sales Engineering, and Management positions at several Bay Area High Tech Hardware and Software companies.

Dr. StrangeWatt has no affiliation or association with PG&E or any other Utility company.
