Windemere Ranch Middle School

First opened in 2005, Windemere Ranch Middle School is one of the eight middle schools in the San Ramon ValleyMore Unified School District. The school was designed as a state-of-the-art middle school and is equipped with five science lab classrooms, a computer and video production classroom, an arts classroom, instrumental and vocal music rooms, an advanced technology classroom, media center/library and full gym and locker room facilities for both boys and girls. Parent participation in the school's development is highly encouraged and the Parent Teacher Student Association and the Education Fund are active in supporting school programs.</p> <p>It was recently named a California Distinguished School. Dave Bolin serves as Principal.</p>

Venture School

Venture is an accredited school for students in kindergarten through adult education. Students are required to comeMore to the school a minimum of once a week and spend about one hour with their teacher. At that time, students receive weekly assignments. They must also agree to work independently a minimum of 20 hours per week. The structure of the independent study program gives students the chance to tailor  their instruction and tap other community resources and activities. </p> <p>Students choose to attend this school and are assisted in pursuing their educational goals outside the classroom. But the program still meets the educational requirements of the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. With a signed inter-district transfer and administrative approval, students from outside the district may be accepted. While attending school, many students also pursue courses at local junior colleges.</p>

Gale Ranch Middle School
