Moved here in 1978 . when it was known as San Ramon Village and except for the old Circle K marketRead More next to the Shell station on Crow Canyon Rd.if you wanted groceries you went to either Danville or Dublin. Nothing but fields and orchards then. Back in those days we also had a couple of topless bars on the Blvd. north of Crow Canyon. One Complaint........ once the City was incorporated no one in the City Government has either had the drive or vision to create a true Down Town.........really sad for such a nice place..............35 years and still waiting.

We always wanted to move to SF Bay Area. We were highly impressed by the stunning beautyRead More (picturesque hills and valleys, fountains, waterfalls, cleanliness and well-maintained landscaping) of San Ramon when we first visited here in December 2011. Eight months later, we had sold our house and were already searching for a home. October 2012, we were fortunate to buy a beautiful house in Gale Ranch. For our 3 school going kids we could not make a better decision as San Ramon has the top-notch public schools which are among the very best in the nation. We Love San Ramon!
