Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is designed to increase the quality of family, work, school and life interactions by reducing the physical, psychological and behavioral symptoms of stress. Mindfulness training is a complementary therapy to CBT. By paying attention to their environment, it helps clients discontinue living “automatically” and allows them to determine focus, reducing stress and anxiety.
