"Our 49ers are a source of pride for San Francisco and the entire Bay Area," Lee said in a statement. "While I'm excited to make this bet with Mayor Landrieu, we have no intention of sending anything to New Orleans. Go Niners!" Landrieu countered, "We don't expect to be sending any (food) to the Bay City anytime soon. We look forward to sampling Dungeness crab and other San Francisco treats next week."

The game begins at 1:35 p.m. at Candlestick Park in San Francisco.
