San Ramon Valley High won the battle of the valley by edging previously unbeaten California High, 42-38.

Monte Vista 49 Livermore 40
Monte Vista High won a wild one against Livermore High, 49-40.
The Mustangs led 35-14 at half and 42-27 in the third quarter, but the Cowboys kept battling back.
Monte Vista is now 3-3 overall and 2-1 in league play.
Livermore is also 3-3 overall and 0-3 in league play.
Doughtery Valley High was off this weekend. They will play against Acalanes High next Friday.
