If you're up to the challenges of flying simulated missions to Mars, then this intensive all day workshop is for you. We'll build flying rockets and design a spacesuit; taste real food that astronauts eat; and obtain the skills necessary to survive in the wild winds of the "Red Planet." At the end of the week, if you've stayed with the program, you'll know you truly have what it takes to be the next Leland Melvin or Nicole Stott. When NASA calls, you'll be on your way to leading the next mission to Mars!
The Mars Astronaut Training Institute is recommended for 6th - 8th Graders.
