Students will receive scores within a week that includes subject-area breakdown as well as national percentile ranks. Both public and private colleges universally accept either of these tests. Knowing which college-bound test suits the individual is invaluable. Some students are more reasoning-oriented (SAT) while others more knowledge-oriented (ACT).
