What's The Oldest Home For Sale In San Ramon?

Check out this four-bedroom home that was built more than 40 years ago.

With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find that was for sale in San Ramon.

This one is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 9640 Davona Drive. The one-story home was built in 1967.

It sits on less than a quarter-acre and is 1,706 square feet. It was listed as selling for $595,000 and indeed it was purchased recently.
