What's The Least Expensive Home For Sale In San Ramon?

With home prices rising quickly, it might be difficult to find a real estate bargain these days. Here's one possibility in San Ramon.

Most analysts agree the Bay Area real estate market is red hot right now.

Home prices have risen steadily this year and some experts see this trend continuing for two to three more years.

With that in mind, we'd thought we'd see if we could uncover a bargain or two out there.

In the San Ramon, the least expensive single-family home we could find was this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 9798 Davona Drive. It's listed at $540,000.

The house was built in 1967. It's 1,533 square feet on a fifth of an acre.
