Most Expensive and Least Expensive Homes in San Ramon

A freshly built house is going for $1.6 million in San Ramon, but you can also find something a lot cheaper

One of the most expensive homes up for sale right now in San Ramon will cost you a cool $1.6 million.

The new house is located 3167 Ashbourne Circle in the Norris Canyon Estates subdivision. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. It contains 5,468 square feet.

In fact, the next four most expensive homes listed on the AOL real estate site are on nearby Ashbourne Drive.

The least expensive home is a house at 376 Eastridge Drive. There's no information on size, bedrooms and bathrooms. The listed price is $249,000.
