Video: Mayor Clarkson Talks About San Ramon Real Estate and City Center Project

In a video posted on YouTube this week, new San Ramon Mayor Bill Clarkson talked about how new jobs coming to Bishop Ranch will help the real estate market and what the City Center project needs to become a reality.

Mayor Bill Clarkson recent sat down with the Harper Team, a local realtor group, to talk about the current real estate market in San Ramon.

Clarkson noted the addition of General Electric to Bishop Ranch, which expects to bring 400 jobs with it, should help decrease the inventory of homes listed between $600,000 and $1.2 million.

He also sees potential for more people buying homes in old San Ramon, with it becoming a more appealing investment in the future.
