Second Public Hearing on Faria Preserve Project

Discussion is once again open for the city's controversial Faria Preserve Project.

The public is can share their input for the revised project presentation at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Dec. 17 at 7 p.m.

The proposed Revised Faria Preserve Project is a 740 unit residential subdivision on approximately 286.5 acre project site, including a 13-acre community park, sports fields, a small rose garden and more.

The plans also call for the conservation of 133 acres of open space next to the project area.

This is the second of several hearings planned on latest project revisions, according to an article in the San Ramon Express.
