Third Suspect Arrested in Connection to Residential Burglary in San Ramon

Police say Tylek Farley of Bay Point may also be connected to burglaries in Danville and Pittsburg.

Over the last few days, San Ramon police detectives continued their investigation into a residential burglary that occurred on Derby Drive last week.

Detectives identified a third suspect, Tylek Farley of Bay Point, who they believe was involved in the burglary. Detectives conducted surveillance and obtained an arrest warrant for the Farley, as well as a search warrant for his residence.

Before to serving the search warrant, detectives received information that the suspect may have weapons in the residence; therefore, they notified the SWAT team for assistance.  

On the evening of June 25, the Central Contra Costa SWAT Team responded to Delta View Drive to make entry into Farley's residence.

During a search of the residence, detectives found weapons, a large amount of suspected stolen property, and evidence linking the suspect to burglaries in San Ramon, Pittsburg, and Danville.  

On June 27, the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office filed the following charges:  

  • Tylek Farley 12-23-94: PC 459-460(a): Burglary, PC 496: Receiving Stolen Property 
  • Marquis Parker: PC 459-460(a): Burglary.
