I was under the impression that if someone was killed during the commission of a crime, they all were charged with murder.. or, at least manslaughter. Robbery, conspiracy and false imprisonment??? Whazzup with that? These bozo's aren't smart enough to 'conspire'!

Good job SRPD. 2 more thugs to go.
Mr.G June 02, 2012 at 05:50 AM
I am not sure that holds when the robbers are getting shot by the victims. Of course, I am assuming all the charges get more serious since a handgun was used in the attempted robbery.

Enjoy your first day behind bars.......many more to come....
MissA June 02, 2012 at 01:17 PM
It will be sorted out...and he will likely be charged as the law states ..it makes no difference WHO killed his partner, it happened during a felony....
Mr.G June 02, 2012 at 03:38 PM
Good to hear.

It's interesting that all the people that had nasty things to say about the SRPD on the previous posts about the robbery are shutting up now. Of course they couldn't find it in them to give them kudo's because they are too busy being racist pigs. Sad that we have to live amongst people that have pea brains and NO common sense. GREAT JOB SAN RAMON POLICE!

nice job. now lets put a dui check point at the top of crow canyon road weekend evenings and keep the 510 scum out! stop every car, profile any suspicious individuals, make arrests. half the problem solved. have golden skate and others who cater to the 510 motley crue have on site private security to handle hoodlums. 2nd half of the problem can be solved with a few squad cars positioned at off ramps in san ramon looking for suspicious cars that are candy apple green with 24"spinners!

I'm pretty sure it still applies when the victim does the shooting of the perps and he dies.. the other perps can be charged with murder.. seen it happen on First 48 dozens of times... hey, is "Mr.G." referring to Summer Heights High?

Having grown up in the SRV it is always shocking to see such violence as this robbery, and equally shocking to hear my neighbors publicly spout venom at an entire area code. Lets save the scorn for those who have earned it folks.

More evidence of the economic imbalance created by institutional racism . As the divide increases between the haves and the have nots it will only get worse. It's a ticking time bomb. Bless all of you who exist in a bubble
