San Ramon Police Continue Search for Final Gold N' Treasures Robbery Suspect

Manuel Arroyo, 20, is wanted for robbery and homicide in connection to the fatal botched jewelry store robbery in San Ramon last May.

The San Ramon Police Department continues to search for the final suspect in last year's deadly botched robbery at Gold N' Treasures, and is reaching out to the community for help.

San Ramon police announced Wednesday that they are looking for Manuel Arroyo. He's a 20-year-old Hayward resident that possibly has connections to Walnut Creek.

Police describe him as African American/Hispanic, 5 foot 5 inches tall, 150 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his arms and the right side of his neck.

On May, 30 2012, four men went in the Gold N' Treasure jewelry store on San Ramon Valley Boulevard with the intent to rob the store.

One of the men, Kibrom Bairu, was shot and later died after he brandished a gun and was shot by the store's owner, Everett Parvin, according to police.

The other three suspects fled the scene in a vehicle.

Two suspects in the case, Gregory Jamal Lewis and Krishneel Prasad, were arrested last June.
