Police Log: Warrant Arrests, Mental Illness and a Robbery

Several warrant arrests, mental illness and a robbery are in this week's crime blotter.

The following is a collection of weekly police activity prepared by the San Ramon Police Department. The document contains only items of note. The log contains incidents that occurred from April 6 to April 12.

Friday, April 6

Burglary, grand theft, collisions, a arrest during a welfare check and a mentally ill person hospitalized


12:03 p.m.--Report taken of a residential burglary in 4200 block of Astor Hollow Street.

1:35 p.m.--Report taken of a grand theft in the 3100 block of Crestfield Drive.

3:37 p.m.--Collision reported in the area of Bollinger Canyon Road and South Monarch Road.          

4:37 p.m.--Arrest made during a welfare check in the  2100 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard.

5:35 p.m.--Collision reported in the area of Alcosta Avenue and Fircrest Lane.  

10:00 p.m.--Mentally ill person hospitalized in the 6000 block  of Hedgecrest Circle.

Saturday, April 7

Terrorist threats, a battery, an arrest made during a warrant service and a suspicious subject contacted

10:02 a.m.--Report taken terrorist threats in the 1100 block of Harness Drive.

3:14 p.m.--Battery reported in the 2100 block of Brookcliff Circle.  

5:07 p.m.--Arrest made during a warrant service in the 100 block of Wingstop.
                               
9:03 p.m.--Suspicious subject contacted in the 2900 block of Montevideo Drive.

Sunday, April 8

Arrest made during a traffic stop, a drunken driving arrest, a mentally ill person hospitalized and a collision

1:42 a.m.--Arrest made during a traffic stop in the area of Bollinger Canyon Road and Chevron Park.

1:45 p.m.--Drunken driving arrest made in the area of Camino Ramon and Crow Canyon Road.

2:30 p.m.--Mentally ill person hospitalized in the 2800 block of Biddleford Drive.

10:00 p.m.--Collision reported in the area of Dougherty Road and Oak Valley Drive.

Monday, April 9

Grand thefts and a vehicle burglary

8:26 a.m.--Grand theft reported in the 2200 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard.

8:55 a.m.--Grand theft reported in the 2600 block of Bishop Drive.  

2:51 p.m.--Report taken of a vehicle burglary in the 2000 block of Waterstone Place.

Tuesday, April 10

Vehicle burglary, petty theft and collisions

5:13 a.m.--Report taken of a vehicle burglary in the 2100 block of Canyon Crest Avenue.

5:18 a.m.--Report taken of a petty theft in the 2100 block of Canyon Crest Avenue.

8:58 a.m.--Collision reported in the area of Bollinger Canyon Road and Camino Ramon.

9:43 p.m.--Hit and run collision reported in the area of Crow Canyon and San Ramon Valley Boulevard.

Wednesday, April 11

Hit and run collision, identity theft, vehicle burglary and robbery

2:55 a.m.--Hit and run collision reported in the 100 block of Amberstone Lane.

10:12 a.m.--Identity theft reported in the 7000 block of Honeycastle Drive.

1:10 p.m.--Report taken of vehicle burglary in the 400 block of Bollinger Canyon Lane.

9:17 p.m.--Robbery reported in the 3100 block of Crow Canyon Place.

Thursday, April 12

Vehicle burglaries, a stolen car and an arrest made during a warrant service

7:14 a.m.--Report taken of vehicle burglary in the 1000 block of Market Place.

7:18 a.m.--Vehicle stolen from the 100 block of Cedar Point Loop.

9:29 a.m.--Report taken of vehicle burglary in the 1000 block of Market Place.

10:29 a.m.--Arrest made during a warrant service in the 700 block of Winterside Circle.
