Police Log: Traffic Stop Arrests, Shoplifters and Narcotics

Many arrests made during traffic stops, numerous shoplifters and a narcotics arrest are reported in this week's crime blotter.

The following is a collection of weekly police activity prepared by the San Ramon Police Department. The document contains only items of note. The log contains incidents that occurred from December 20 to December 26.

Thursday, December 20
Arrests, hit-and-run collision and vehicle burglary

1:38 a.m.--Arrest made during a traffic stop in the area of Alcosta Boulevard and Crow Canyon Road.

9:32 a.m.--Arrest made during an investigation in the 800 block of Diablo Road.
12:54 p.m.--Hit-and-run collision reported in the 2500 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard.
8:52 p.m.--Report taken of vehicle burglary in the 18000 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard.
11:37 p.m.--Arrest made during a traffic stop in the area of Bollinger Canyon Road and Sunset Drive.

Friday, December 21
Collisions, car burglaries and an arrest during a traffic stop

11:04 a.m.--Collision reported in the 2600 block of Bishop Drive.
2:59 p.m.--Report taken of a vehicle burglary in the 200 block of Reflections Drive.
3:24 p.m.--Shoplift reported in the 2400 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard.
3:45 p.m.--Report taken of burglary in the 7500 block of Northland Avenue.
6:02 p.m.--Collision reported in the area of Alcosta Boulevard and Old Ranch Road.
8:10 p.m.--Arrest made during a traffic stop in the area of Old Ranch Road and Stoney Creek Drive.
9:03 p.m.--Report taken of vehicle burglary in the 17900 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard.
9:46 p.m.--Report taken of vehicle burglary in the 17900 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard.

Saturday, December 22
Car burglary, hit-and-run collisions, shoplifters arrested and arrest made during a warrant service

8:22 a.m.--Report taken of vehicle burglary in the 7000 block of Calvert Circle.
10:34 a.m.--Hit-and-run collision reported in the 2600 block of Bishop Drive.
2:15 p.m.--Shoplifter arrested in the 100 block of Sunset Drive.
4:09 p.m.--Shoplifter arrested in the 100 block of Sunset Drive.
6:42 p.m.--Arrest made during a warrant service in the 800 block of Brandol Way.

Sunday, December 23
Traffic stop arrests, shoplifters and mental illness

2:38 a.m.--Arrest made during a traffic stop in the area of Alcosta Boulevard and Montgomery Street.
2:41 a.m.--Arrest made during a traffic stop in the area of Bollinger Canyon and Crow Canyon Road.
12:24 p.m.--Shoplifter arrested in the 100 block of Sunset Drive.
5:06 p.m.--Mentally ill person hospitalized in the 2600 block of Bishop Drive.
9:47 p.m.--Arrest made during a traffic stop in the area of Bollinger Canyon and San Ramon Valley Boulevard.
9:56 p.m.--Arrest made during a traffic stop in the area of  Norris Canyon and San Ramon Valley Boulevard.

Monday, December 24
Suspicious subject arrested and narcotics arrest

7:23 p.m.--Suspicious subject arrested in the 500 block of Santander Drive.
8:17 p.m.--Arrest made for narcotics in the 500 block of Santander Drive.

Tuesday, December 25
Stolen cars and a collision

10:00 a.m.--Stolen vehicle reported in the 2500 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard.
2:36 p.m.--Collision reported in the area of Pine Valley Road and Tareyton Avenue.
6:15 p.m.--Stolen vehicle reported in the 2100 block of Camino Ramon.

Wednesday, December 26
Burglaries and mental illness

9:41 a.m.--Report taken of burglary in the 9000 block of Alcosta Boulevard.
2:50 p.m.--Report taken of residential burglary in the 800 block of Springbrook Drive.
6:22 p.m.--Suspicious subject arrested in the 1000 block of Market Place.
6:50 p.m.--Mentally ill person hospitalized in the 4000 block of W. Canyon Crest Road.
9:53 p.m.--Mentally ill person hospitalized in the 2800 block of Crow Canyon Road.
