Man Claims Innocence in Slaying of San Ramon Resident
Reginald Robinson, on trial for the 2008 murder of Kashmir Billon, testified today that he is innocent.
According to a story published online this afternoon in the Contra Costa Times, Reginald Robinson, on trial for the 2008 murder of San Ramon resident Kashmir Billon, testified in court today that he is innocent.
Billon, 42, was found shot to death on Bishop Drive near the San Ramon Marriott nearly two years ago. Shortly after the killing, two men told San Ramon police that Robinson, an El Sobrante resident, offered them money to kill Billon, his business parnter.
Robinson is charged with murder and two counts of solicitation of murder. He is also charged with filing false financial documents and two counts of forgery for a real estate scam.
