Just Released: San Ramon Police Department Annual Report

Crime statistics, budget overview, proactive police programs, and more: It's all in the new annual report.

What's our San Ramon Police Department been up to lately? Find out in its 2009 Annual Report, released last week.

In his "Message from the Chief," Police Chief Scott Holder noted that one of the department's greatest challenges of 2009 was "policing the City during difficult economic times."

He said that while a poor economy often results in crime increase, San Ramon actually saw a decrease in its crime rate last year. He credits this to the "vigilant efforts of our staff."
