Drivers Bull-ied into Traffic Jam

A wandering bull caused a brief traffic hazard when he got loose in Danville

A loose and wandering bull caused a traffic jam on Diablo Road and Green Valley Road near Green Valley Elementary School around 12:53 p.m. Tuesday, a Danville Police dispatcher said.

Patch reader Dave Morris provided the video of the bull and wrote:

"Cars were starting to back up and a 'Cowboy' in a white truck with dual American flags in the bed came speeding up past all of the cars, jumped out and tried to coax him back into the gated area."

According to the police dispatcher, the bull was shooed back to its home by the officer who responded to the call of the ambling bovine.

Amusing story, but if you want to be a serious online paper, could you please cover important matters as well, such as the draft Danville 2030 General Plan and the Planning Commission hearing about it that happened last night, and the upcoming one on January 22? Thanks.
