If not, I have good news for you. The Senior Foundation puts on a monthly Family Pancake Breakfast at the center on the second Sunday of every month. And there's a wealth of information behind those doors every day.
But believe me, they're more than just palate-pleasing pancakes and fascinating facts.

Introduction to a specialized senior self defense and exercise training class that incorporates the use of a cane. Proper self defense techniques that include how to hold, twirl, strike, poke, jab and block, all while exercising with your cane, will be demonstrated.
