- Average sales price $767,302 up 4% from July with average sales price of $741,813
- 99 homes listed in August as compared to July of 87 homes
- Average sales prices are 99% of the list price up 1% over 2011 averages
What we are seeing is a market that is moving up. Buyers are being more aggressive with their offers in an effort to be the "winner" of a San Ramon home and many are foregoing the appraisal. This is great news for San Ramon homeowners as the market stabilizes and prices continue to rise.
