Combat Holiday Calories with Free Workouts in San Ramon

Need a break from family and food this holiday season?

24 Hour Fitness is getting in the holiday spirit by offering complimentary workouts this holiday season. From Monday, Dec. 23 through Sunday, Dec. 29, members and guests will have all-club access to their gyms across the country.

The San Ramon 24 Hour Fitness is located at 4450 Norris Canyon Road, and offers a good selection of fitness classes.

Research shows that adults gain an average of one pound between Thanksgiving and New Year’s.  By offering complimentary workouts, 24 Hour Fitness is hoping to give Americans the gift of inspiration to stay active and stick with their workout routines during the holidays.

  • Early bird gets the benefits – According to health experts, exercising in the morning has proven to encourage better behavior throughout the day and help fight off cravings. Take advantage of the flexible hours at 24 Hour Fitness clubs and variety of group exercise classes.

  • Take advantage of time off – If you have time off from work during the holidays, use that break in your normally busy schedule to jump start your fitness routine and get a head start with your New Year’s resolutions. Even if you are short on time, a few extra minutes will help you combat holiday calories.

  • Use fitness as an excuse to socialize – Catch up with your friends over the holidays by working out together. Meet at your local 24 Hour Fitness club and try a group exercise class, like Les Mills BODYPUMP™ or Zumba®.

To take advantage of the complimentary workouts, guests can simply stop by a 24 Hour Fitness club from Dec. 23 – 29. *Must be at least 18 years of age and present valid identification.
