The speaker at tonight's meeting of the Dougherty Valley San Ramon Rotary Club is April Rovero, founder of the National Coalition on Prescription Drug Abuse.
Rovero recently was named San Ramon's Citizen of the Year by the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce.
