Papaya's in San Ramon?

Filipino’s use garlic, lots of garlic in almost everything. From Chicken Adobo to Lumpia, from Pork Sinigang  to Tapsilog, the Philippine national flower may as well be Garlic… I happen to be of the opinion that one cannot use too much garlic in anything. (I have the same weakness for bacon by the way…) But the Filipino’s also use fresh fish in so many of their dishes, which only makes sense when you think about it, the Philippines is a nation of seven thousand islands, so of course fish is going to be a huge part of the diet. (How does that saying go; “It’s only an island if you look at it from the water…”)  Anyhow ‘The Papaya Grill’ only uses fresh fish in all fish dishes, so when/or if fresh is unavailable on a particular day, ‘Papaya Grill simply removes it for that day.
