The San Ramon Valley PTA Council's annual parenting conference features keynote speaker Denise Pope, Ph.D., who will address “Striving for Balance: Strategies to raise resilient kids in a fast-paced world.”
Dr. Pope is a Senior Lecturer at the Stanford University School of Education. She lectures nationally on parenting techniques and pedagogical strategies to increase student well-being, engagement with learning, and integrity.
Attendees also get to choose two small-group seminars from a wide selection of current parenting topics. The nominal $45 registration fee also includes a continental breakfast and lunch.
