Concert - Jim McDonald

JIM MCDONALD WORLD MINISTRIES Jim McDonald is an internationally-known Christian recording artist and record producer. His career spans more than three decades. He is a tall, likable Texan with a captivating, mellow, Bass Voice. Jim's easy delivery of a song carries with it a message of God's love that will leave you wishing that the song would never end. His passion for and dedication to high-quality music is evident in every recording he releases. Jim is the recipient of the 2010 "Male Vocalist of the Year" award. This makes the 12th time he has received “Male Vocalist of the year” in Christian Music. Other Accomplishments throughout his career include: * 9 Years as Bass Vocalist with the Heritage Singers * Television Producer and Talk Show Host * Award Winning Record producer over 20 recordings * Bass Vocalist and one of the founders of the ReUnion Quartet * 80 International "Angel Awards" more than any other Christian Artist. Additionally his wife Katie has won 14 International Awards for "Graphic Design of the Year".  Several years ago, Jim and Katie dedicated their marriage and all aspects of their lives to serving God in whatever way He directed. It has been a roller-coaster ride ever since. Jim has appeared in concert in Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Slovenia, Israel, Holland, China, Czech Republic, Romania, Moldova, Germany, Austria, Turkey, France, Switzerland, Brazil, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Macedonia, Italy, Cuba, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Japan, Philippines, Portugal, Greece, Egypt, Ireland, Canada, and extensively throughout the United States. It seems apparent that the Lord wants Jim & Katie in impoverished and troubled parts of the World. Their mission has become one of serving the people by giving them free concerts and delivering to them much-needed supplies. Their mission emphasis is on children, orphans, and meeting medical needs while constantly adapting to the ever-changing needs they find everywhere they go. The Lord has filled their lives with numerous experiences that Jim shares in concert. His concerts are ministry-based and combine miracle stories from around the world with song. Jim and Katie are an independent, non-profit organization, and they raise funds here in the USA to enable them to travel to underprivileged countries. They firmly believe and demonstrate what the Bible says in Acts 14:27: "And when they had come and gathered the Church together, they reported all that God had done with them..." People need to know where their donations go, and it is important to Jim and Katie to return to the Churches and show the people in concert what has been accomplished on different projects. Theirs is a organization of only three - Our Lord, Jim and Katie. Jim has produced artists in the United States, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia, Romania, Slovakia, Gypsies (The first in History), and Czechoslovakia (during Communism). He has performed for Heads of State and Dignitaries in the Philippines, former Yugoslavia, Africa, Central America, South America, and Romania. As a Talk show host of his syndicated television program "Center Stage", Jim performed with and interviewed guests such as Sandi Patti, The Imperials, Andre Crouch, Dino Kartsonakis, Bryan Duncan, Michelle Pillar and Doug Oldham, to name a few. As bass vocalist for the Heritage Singers and ReUnion Quartet, he was and is still known as one of the best bass singers in the history of these two groups. In an effort to help their ministry and the ministry of legendary Christian artists, Jim has founded "LEGENDS". He has brought legendary artists and music out of History and digitally remastered them to today's standards. The finest quality in Christian music is his goal. The "LEGENDS" artists include the Barron Brothers, Barbara Morton, Walter Artis, the Wedgwood Trio & Del Delker, Take Three, Donna Klein, Jim McClintock, Bob Silverman, Herman Harp, and Jim McDonald. Jim and Katie are grateful servants - grateful for what God has given them. Awards and accolades are blessings, and they look at them as things that God has bestowed on them to open doors that help their real passion - spreading God's love through their missionary work to any one and everyone.
