Two years ago I brought in a large blanket that did not fit into my wash machine at home for cleaning. When I went to pick it up, it still smelled like DOG. Elaine told me that I didn't tell her that it needed to be cleaned for dog smell, and she was wanted to charge me again for cleaning. I did not bring it back as it should have been cleaned the first time.

I decided to try her again last year. I brought in a skirt with 3 pleated kick pleats. When I received the skirt, the pleats were not pressed properly. I was frustrated and did not bring it back until last month. She agreed to re-press. When I got the skirt back, the pleats were COMPLETELY pressed out! She refused to press correctly, and refused to compensate me in any way. I will NEVER go back.
