Tri-Valley Cities to Host Free Foreclosure Help Seminar

The seminar goes from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday.

The Cities of Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Danville and Livermore are presenting a Foreclosure Help Seminar for area homeowners concerned about losing their homes.

The free event takes place Saturday, November 6, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Dublin Library.

The seminar, given by non-profit attorneys, covers the foreclosure process, loan modifications, short sale, eviction after foreclosure and more.

The event also allows participants to meet individually with attorneys and HUD certified housing counselors.

Participants are encouraged to bring pay-stubs, recent utility bill, bank statements, loan documents, letters from bank and foreclosure notices to get on-site advice and help.

The seminar is presented in conjunction with Community Housing Development Corporation of North Richmond, Eden Council for Hope & Opportunity and Housing and Economic Rights Advocates.
