R Mo LLC is Looking for an Administrative Assistant

Since Fall of 2011 R Mo LLC in San Ramon has been assisting small and medium business to obtain government certifications. We analyze client qualifications and determine eligible certifications. We work very closely with clients and compile applications and documentation with attention to details. We represent clients with the certifying council and coordinate site visits and obtain certifications.

 

In addition to getting our clients certified we also research and bid on contracts and RFPs that are applicable to client businesses.

 

Key Job Specifications:

·      Experienced to create and maintain Excel Worksheets

·      Professional in attending to clients calls

·      Scheduling conference calls/meetings

·      Maintaining online calendars

·      Filing and keeping clients folders up-to-date

·      Scan, sort and file documents

·      Maintain Stationary supplies

·      Manage office equipment, machines and kitchen utilities

·      Provide support as requested by the team

Required Skills:

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

·      Excellent communication and organization skills

·      Highly organized and attention to details

·      Ability to work closely with other team members and multi-task varied assignments

 

Qualifications:

·      At least 1+ years working experience in related field

·      Good communication skills, English skills

·      Good command of PC skills incl. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·      Be flexible and eager to learn new things

·      Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
