Kraft, Samsung Coming to Bishop Ranch

Kraft and Samsung join General Electric, PG&E, Bank of the West, Robert Half and Five9, which have moved to Bishop Ranch in the last year.

Two more named brands are coming to San Ramon, with Kraft Foods and Samsung recently signing leases to move into Bishop Ranch, the Contra Costa Times reported.

Kraft is leasing 24,000 square feet at Bishop Ranch 8, while Samsung is leasing 8,000 square feet at Bishop Ranch 3.

Over the past year, Genreal Electric, PG&E, Bank of the West, Robert Half and Five9 have all moved into Bishop Ranch.

"It's very clear that in addition to a long and diverse roster of tenants, Bishop Ranch has a concentrated base of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies," said Ed Hagopian to the Times. He is the executive vice president with Sunset Development, principal owner of Bishop Ranch.
