Located in the heart of Napa, The Pear, is an influential restaurant that combines Southern favorites with wine country cuisine.

Anne Burrell brings in four chefs to test their skills and knowledge of not only Southern Style cooking but the importance of pairing it with the right wine.

After an easy first round elimination, the remaining three chefs turn up the heat in the kitchen, making it a tough decision for the owners.

During dinner, one chef's service turns into a logistical nightmare, while the other's headstrong demeanor clashes with the kitchen staff.

In the end, Rodney and Natalie are faced with choosing one of the competitors to be their new Executive Chef .
