The Glass House Museum and Forest Home Farms opens to visitors the second Saturday of every month.
The Glass House Museum is the City of San Ramon's historic house museum depicting life in the San Ramon Valley in the late 1800's and early 1900's. The Italianate Victorian home was built in 1877 for David and Eliza Glass and their children. Read more about this historic site in Patch's article .
Tours of the Glass House Museum take place at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. and tours of the farm take place at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Each tour will last 45 minutes and costs $5 for one tour or $8 for both tours.
