Blacksmithing Demonstration

and the Glass House Museum are open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each second Saturday of the month.

Each month features special FREE activities:

Sept. 10 : “Blacksmithing Demonstration." See a demonstration of this lost art by our very own blacksmith, Russ Bearrows. Visit his workshop and learn about the tools and materials needed to do blacksmithing.

Tours of the restored Victorian Glass House Museum are held at 10 and 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. and tours of the park, including the tractor museum, are at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes and the fee is $5 per person or $8 for both tours taken on the same day. Tour tickets can be purchased in the Gift Shoppe. Children ages 2 and under are free.
