It’s the 3rd “Nayeli Faith Foundation Bingo Fundraiser.”
The foundation was named after Nayeli Faith Nelson, of the San Ramon Valley. She was born almost 5 years ago with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). CDH occurs in 1 in every 2,500 live births, but for those born with this birth defect, only 50% survive.
“We have been so blessed that Nayeli survived,” said her mom, Elizabeth Nelson.
“We want help other families facing this life-threatening condition,” she added.
A $15 dollar ticket entitles players to three games of Bingo. The price also includes food, water, soda and dessert. There will be raffle baskets with a value of over $1,000 each.
Little Explorers petting zoo will be there to entertain the kids. Doors open at 4 p.m. at the Harding Martial Arts & Academy, 2558 San Ramon Valley Blvd., San Ramon.
The Nayeli Faith Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) charity and supports families that are affected by the birth defect Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. We support CDH research at UCSF. All donations are tax deductible.
